• All payments made to Darkza are non-refundable
• Deposits and advance payments secure time, tools, and expertise
• Work begins immediately after confirmation

Client Satisfaction

We prioritize client satisfaction and provide revisions as defined within the agreed project scope. Refunds are not offered once work has commenced.

Exceptional Circumstances

Any exceptions are assessed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Darkza management.
